When we have confirmed your group rates with the supplier, a quote including all taxes and terms and conditions will be emailed to you. Group space can be limited and is always based on availability at the time of confirmation. Rates quoted may fluctuate and are not guaranteed until the group reservation is confirmed with deposits. A non-refundable deposit will be required to confirm your group reservation. Once your group is booked with at least a deposit, the price is fully guaranteed, regardless of price or fuel surcharge fluctuation. A contract will always follow with final payments and all terms and conditions specified for your group. Note: Rates quoted are guaranteed for a limited time only, dependant on suppliers. A delay in responding to a quote, can result in a change of rate and/or loss of availability.
